How do I return an item?
Mallard Golf wants strives for our customers to be 100% completely satisfied with their purchase. We are committed to having happy customers and to exceeding expectations. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product please contact us to arrange the return.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Mallard Golf reserves the right to access a restocking charge on all items. Special Orders items, Custom Orders and Final Sale Orders are not returnable.
If you should need to return an item contact Mallard Golf by phone or E-Mail and request a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in their original unused condition.
