Unsatisfied With Your Purchase?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, follow these steps for a return or refund:

Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: 
    • Buyer will incur return shipping charges unless item(s) being returned are damaged or incorrect.

Return Conditions

Ensure that the product returned meets the following criteria:

  • Same Product: The product must be the same item that was delivered.
  • Same Condition: The product must be in the same condition as received.
  • Same Packaging: The product must be returned in the original packaging.

Return Process

  • Once your return shipment has been received, we will inspect it and notify you.
  • When your return is approved, we will proceed, at your request, with sending replacements, exchanging for products of lesser or same value, issuing store credit, or processing a refund.

Return Label

  • Timeframe: To receive your replacement or refund, the product must be shipped to Mallard Golf Inc within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Refunds on Discounted Purchases

  • Discounts Applied: Refunds will be issued equal to the amount paid after the discount is applied.
